1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using BidHex UI ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

BidHex UI is a digital marketplace that provides premium UI components, templates, and design assets for web development. Users can browse, preview, and purchase items using a credit-based system. All digital products are delivered as source code accessible through the platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per individual — shared or multi-user accounts are not permitted on standard plans.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Purchases

  • Credits are purchased through subscription plans and are used to unlock components and templates.
  • Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent periods unless specified by your plan.
  • Each component or template has a credit cost displayed on its listing page.
  • Once a component is unlocked, access to its source code is permanent for your account.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All components, templates, designs, code, graphics, and content on BidHex UI are the intellectual property of BidHex UI and its creators. Purchasing a component grants you a license to use it as described in our License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not claim authorship of any component or design purchased through the platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any purchased source code.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content from the platform.
  • Attempt to bypass the credit system or access components without proper purchase.
  • Share account access or purchased assets with unauthorized users.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies from the platform.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final once the source code has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased component, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for resolution. Subscription plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

BidHex UI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though licenses for previously purchased components remain valid per the License Agreement.
