Terms and conditions for using BidHex UI products.

Overview

All components, templates, and UI assets purchased through BidHex UI are licensed, not sold. By purchasing or unlocking any item using credits, you agree to the following license terms. Each purchase grants you a license based on your plan type.

Standard License

Included with all credit-based purchases. Grants usage rights for personal and client projects.

You CAN:

  • Use purchased components in unlimited personal projects.
  • Use purchased components in projects built for a single client.
  • Modify the source code to fit your project requirements.
  • Use in commercial websites, web apps, and SaaS products you own.
  • Combine with other code, frameworks, and libraries.

You CANNOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the source code as a standalone product.
  • Include components in any UI kit, component library, or template marketplace.
  • Share your account credentials or purchased components with others.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original component design.
  • Use in competing products that sell UI components or templates.

Extended License

For teams and organizations that need broader usage rights. Contact us for extended licensing.

  • Everything in the Standard License.
  • Use in multiple client projects without additional purchases.
  • Use across your entire organization or team.
  • Use in end products sold to multiple users (SaaS, digital products).
  • Priority support and early access to new components.

Credits & Purchases

  • Components and templates are unlocked using credits from your plan.
  • Once unlocked, you retain access to the source code indefinitely.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Purchased items cannot be refunded once the source code has been accessed.

Enforcement

Violation of these license terms may result in immediate termination of your account and revocation of access to all purchased items. BidHex UI reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized redistribution of licensed materials.
